What is Remote Support?

Remote Support is a technique we use to connect to your device from a remote location to help you, whether that be reconfiguring your email, setting up or fixing a printer, or setting up a new computer from scratch.

How does it work?

Simply head to the bottom of any page and click “Quick Support”. This will automatically download our in-house software safely and securely. This takes a few seconds depending on your internet speed. We will request access and only after you approve this will we be able to see what you see.

Are you able to see my personal information?

Yes – but only once you approve the connection. Our engineers may need to look at personal information depending on the issue you are having, for example, we may need to look at your inbox should you have issues sending and receiving emails.

How does this differ from another service?

This is simple, straight-forward support. There are no contracts or hidden fees. Just book a slot, and we’ll be there to help.

Can you install applications for me?

Yes – we can take the headache away and install and configure all applications and lines of business software should you need it. Hassle-Free.

Does remote support require internet?

Yes – for us to connect to your device you will need an internet connection. That can be either via Wi-Fi, Ethernet or Personal Hotspots.

What is the pick up and delivery service?

Should we not be able to resolve your issue remotely, or you require your device to be repaired through our computer repair service we will collect your device, contact-free, and return it once repaired to the highest standard.

What kind of repairs can you do?

We do all aspects of computer repairs, big or small. whether your device keeps restarting, your screen is no longer working even when powered on or you need your keyboard to replace we’ve got you covered. Don’t be afraid to ask as we don’t always list all our repair services.
